Provisioning and monitoring module

The IBIS platform is fully integrated with the business support systems of the major satellite operators.

Users can activate, suspend and deactivate services, provisioning tasks are completed within 10 minutes.

Online tracking of orders is available in real time, as well as email notifications.

Based on CDRs or raw usage information, monitors can be set up to track usage near real time. IBIS can either send out email alerts when certain traffic thresholds have been reached, or suspend the SIM card.
